Muhammad holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer and certified Project Management Professional.

Harry Jafarzadeh, MBA is a seasoned Project Controls Director with over 22 years of experience across transit, infrastructure, energy, and mining sectors. He specializes in cost and schedule management, risk analysis, and project performance reporting. Hamed has led multidisciplinary teams on major projects including the Metrolinx GO Expansion and Subway Program, and has held leadership roles at Ernst & Young, Comtech Group, and SNC-Lavalin. His expertise in tools like Primavera P6, Unifier, EcoSys, and Acumen Fuse supports his commitment to delivering strategic project outcomes.

Meisam Esmaeilzadeh, P.Eng., PMP, is a seasoned engineering professional with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale infrastructure projects across diverse geographies. Specializing in transit systems, tunneling, and heavy civil engineering, Meisam has expertise in project lifecycle management, design optimization, and risk mitigation. Known for his leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, he has successfully delivered major subway, LRT, and roadway initiatives. A member of professional organizations such as PEO and PMI, Meisam combines technical proficiency with strategic vision to drive innovation and excellence in infrastructure development.

Aisan Salahandish, CAPM is a seasoned Cost Management Consultant with over 12 years of experience in cost control, contract administration, scheduling, and financial management within large-scale infrastructure projects. Currently leading capital cost control for the $6B Metrolinx GO Expansion Program, Aisan excels at delivering accurate forecasts, streamlining reporting processes, and driving financial transparency. With a strong command of tools like EcoSys, Oracle, and MS Project, Aisan is recognized for her collaborative approach, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Milan Tosic is a seasoned Risk Manager with over 13 years of experience delivering risk management strategies for large-scale infrastructure, transit, and power generation projects. With a background in Economics and deep expertise in quantitative risk analysis, Milan has successfully supported multi-billion-dollar capital initiatives through meticulous planning, risk modeling, and collaborative leadership. He has held key roles with organizations such as Metrolinx, Infrastructure Ontario, and Bruce Power, and is highly proficient in tools including Primavera P6, OPRA, ARM, and Safran.

Davood Mirzaei, PMP is a seasoned Planning and Scheduling Manager with over 20 years of experience in transit, construction, power, and oil & gas sectors. He specializes in project planning, cost control, earned value management, and schedule risk analysis. Davood has led planning efforts on major infrastructure programs including the Hurontario LRT, Ontario Line Subway, and YRRTC vivaNext BRT. With deep expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Acumen Fuse, he delivers strategic project oversight and supports on-time, on-budget execution.

Rafat Tahboosh is a seasoned quality and project management expert with over 23 years of international experience in governance, continuous improvement, and transformation across public and private sectors. Holding credentials including PMP, CSM, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Rafat has led major initiatives with organizations like Metrolinx, Infrastructure Ontario, and Etisalat. He is also a co-founder of ISOMAN Software, an AI-driven QMS platform, and a part-time professor specializing in quality, Lean Six Sigma, and project management.

Maryam Kazemi is an accomplished Data Analyst with over eight years of expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization. Proficient in Python, R, and SAS, she has a proven track record in healthcare analytics, including treatment evaluation and risk factor identification. Maryam is also passionate about teaching and mentoring future data scientists, with experience as a Data Science Instructor covering topics like predictive modeling, SQL, Tableau, and Python programming.
