In 2017, Exovue began a strategic partnership with Comtech Group to deliver Project Controls and Commercial services for the York Region Rapid Transit Corporation (YRRTC) Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) program. This collaboration focused on bringing in qualified professionals and ensuring high-quality service delivery to support the successful execution of multiple BRT projects. Exovue’s deep expertise in project controls helped establish a strong foundation for consistent and efficient project execution.

By 2019, the partnership evolved as Exovue and Comtech jointly responded to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), participated in client interviews, and secured a significant contract with Infrastructure Ontario (IO). Exovue played a critical role in managing this contract, sourcing and training top-tier resources, and helping build a Centre of Excellence within IO. Together, the teams developed a self-sustaining Project Controls department that supported several major infrastructure projects, including the Yonge and Scarborough Subway Extensions.

Since 2023, Exovue has expanded its footprint further by providing direct support to Metrolinx on high-profile initiatives such as the Scarborough and Yonge Subway Extensions and the GO Expansion Program. Through its continued focus on quality, innovation, and client-centered solutions, Exovue remains a trusted partner in delivering complex infrastructure projects across Ontario.

York Region Rapid Transit Corporation (YRRTC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Regional Municipality of York, responsible for planning, designing, and delivering major rapid transit infrastructure. YRRTC advocates for transit investment and supports projects like the Yonge North Subway Extension, helping to connect communities across the Region. YRRTC works closely with stakeholders to build efficient, sustainable, and inclusive transit solutions for York Region’s growing population.

Metrolinx, an Ontario government agency, is leading North America's largest transportation investment to improve travel across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. By planning, building, and operating transit services like GO Transit, UP Express, and PRESTO, Metrolinx aims to create a safer, faster, and more connected transportation network throughout the Greater Golden Horseshoe region. Metrolinx is responsible to build new LRTs subway lines and also expanding existing subway lines and GO Transit.
